The Client expressly acknowledges that he/she has read and is bound by these General Terms and Conditions of Use when he/she ticks the box "I accept the terms and conditions of use of the restaurant." during the online reservation process.
The "Restaurant" refers to the company Restaurant de l'Hôtel de Ville de Crissier SA, a limited company under Swiss law domiciled at Rue d'Yverdon 1, 1023 Crissier, registered under the commercial register number CH-550.0.079.097-1 (VAT number CHE-101.375.816).
The "Client" refers to any natural or legal person holding the reservation. If a third party has acted on behalf of the Client, the Client and the third party are jointly and severally liable to the Restaurant for all obligations due under these General Terms and Conditions.
The Client is requested to notify the Restaurant of any changes to his reservation as soon as possible. Reservations must be cancelled through the Client's personal account, by telephone on 021 634 05 05 or by e-mail to email@example.com, no later than 48 hours before the scheduled date and time.
If a guarantee in the form of a pre-authorized debit is requested from the Client at the time of booking, the Restaurant reserves the right to deduct this guarantee as a penalty in the event of late cancellation (i.e. beyond the 48-hour deadline mentioned above) or no-show. The amount of this penalty is equivalent to the amount of the guarantee, i.e. CHF 250.00 per reserved place setting.
When collecting and processing the Client's personal data in the context of the online reservation process, the Restaurant undertakes to comply with the law on data protection, in particular by ensuring that the data in question enjoys an adequate level of protection.
