Whether you're an amateur, a professional or a cooking enthusiast, the Académie invites you into the heart of the Restaurant, surrounded by Franck Giovannini and Stéphane Demarcq, to experience an immersion in the world of flavors and diverse tastes, punctuated by the seasons.
The Académie de Cuisine offers a full range of courses for adults and children.

Your questions
Please bring your gift certificate with you and present it upon arrival.
- Half- and Full-day Classes: open to all skill levels
- 3-Day Professional Classes: for professional cooks
- Children’s Classes: must be between 8 and 17 years old

- Half-day: approximately 2.30 pm
- Full-day: approximately 4.30 pm
- Children: approximately 1.00 pm
Please wear comfortable clothing.
For safety reasons, we do request that you wear:
- shoes with non-slip soles
- long pants
We will provide you with all necessary equipment for the cooking class.
The restaurant has reserved:
- 6 parking spots to the left of the building
- 2 parking spots to the right of the building

I am really pleased I was able to participate actively. It was the first time for me, and we were in the kitchen of the restaurant! You feel the atmosphere increasing from minute to minute with each new order coming in and all the cooks are very professional. What a fantastic experience in this unique location. In addition the courses are limited to 8 people and one can really ask all the questions, it's great. TO DO ABSOLUTELY!
